Slimming World

A fantastic branch of Slimming World, meeting on Wednesdays at 17:30 and 19:00 and on Thursdays at 10:00. The Slimming World Consultant for this class is Sue. She is full of warmth, energy and humour and her classes are so motivating to attend. There is as much help and support to lose weight here as each individual requires and certainly I can vouch personally for the friendliness of the Thursday group. Individual's weights are never revealed to the group, only how much weight has been lost each week. The Slimming World plan is a sensible one based on the principles of healthy eating, no foods are banned and you need never feel hungry. In fact many members comment that their families can't believe how much they are allowed to eat , when following the Slimming World plan! There is a joining fee and a regular weekly meeting fee.
