My Nails

Had an 11:30 appointment - waited 47 minutes. Then sat in a cold water foot bath for 20 minutes. When I asked for warm water a worker said I should not be rude. I told the worker I had an appointment at 11:30 it is now 12:17 and I'm sitting her with my feet in ICE COLD water (no keys) and this is NOT how you treat customers. She was bitchy about giving me warm water / no jets...


PEDI- Worker #2 had to be told twice in two languages (English and German) and me pointing to my toes "SAME COLOR"!
THEN she asks what number was my color..... a realllllll WTH moment.
I was given a bucket of colors and found my color (purple with glitter) worker #2 kept pointing to red colors. Again I pointed to my toes and the color swatch and said in German and English "the same color I have on my toes now- NOT RED!!"

Then people coming off the street were sitting in pedi or mani chairs who arrived AFTER me.

I had to beg for a glass of water after waiting one hour.....

MANI- I asked for a natural color- again NO RED!!! A few minutes latter I politely asked worker #3 to clean my nails BEFORE she put the UV gel over the nail - it was as if I insulted her mother!
No tip- my time is money too !!!

NO TIP- MY TIME IS MONEY TOO!!!

They cut me, kept putting solution and alcohol on the cut, and stole money from me. Avoid at all costs
