Costa Vida

They have good service. Their food is great. It's just a good environment too because the workers are so nice.

Costa is way tastier and fresher than Cafe Rio. Better service too. I love their enchiladas and salads.

I would suggest to stick with cafe rio (similar but better IMO) or chipotle.

Pretty disappointed in this place. I agree with the other persons post, if you want a mediocre meal with minimal protein and pricey, then come here.

The first two times were a great experience. This time however, staff was rude, skimped on the taco servings. (Wouldn't have been so bad if the staff wasn't playing favorites in the line) Not a huge deal, but optics are bad. Also, please just give me a fair amount of food for the overpriced menu.

If you like rice and beans with very little meat, then this is your place. Surely a burrito for $11 would have more meat, but maybe inflation is the reason for small portions and pico de gallo is on rations.

I was looking for a sit down restaurant & found this... looked like it was based on a similar model to Chipotle's. So figured I'd try it! Boy was that a mistake!

I got their Sweet Pork enchiladas, which was the daily special. While it was nicely done the "sweet pork" was too sweet & not much was in my meal. The staff also doesn't listen to requests or answer questions about options.


My husband got the steak burrito & asked for the spicy red sauce and it was bland...even the hot sauce didn't make it more exciting!

The chips were nothing to write home about. Everything is served in aluminum trays & plastic utensils, that break too easily.

On top of that, it was more expensive than my favorite sit down Mexican restaurant. So not a good value for a mediocre meal. I won't be returning.

I've been to Costa Vida twice now, in the hope that my first experience would be better the second time. Nope. There are worse Mexican "Style" food) chains in the valley (Taco Bell comes instantly to mind), but the insipid food at Costa Vida isn't worth the calories. What is with the sweet red chile pork? There wasn't much of it in my taco, but that's ok, I did not like it. I did like the half-baked chocolate chip cookie. Maybe Costa Vida should become a cookie shop. I would give that a try.

Food was great, tables were clean, disappointed in the drink fountain and ice area it was filthy, told two employees about it and was brushed off without a response even when I went back and purchased bottled beverages instead of using the fountain dispenser,,, disappointing but it's kinda gross.

Not impressed by their lack of caring about masks, covid, germs etc. No customers are wearing masks and half the staff wasn't wearing them properly anyways. The girl who touched my food just had her hands on a dirty broom, her nose, and a bleach rag before putting the finishing touches on my food. YUM!

I love costa vida and their food in general. But ok lets see you have not one not two not three four five or even six you have seven employees. Not a single one can ring me up while i stand there feeling like a fool. And lo and behold an 8th employee who probably was getting high in the back finally comes. What a joke. I shouldn't of waited that long.

Seriously people! Stop going to this place. They don't care about you or getting your order correct. Don't give them your money and your business.

Ordered to go. Got home and no burrito. Drove 20 mins back. Got "a" burrito. They gave me all bean. I paid for steak. This is the third time this has happened and clearly they and the franchise owners don't give a crap.

The only way they will actually give good service is if we all stop going there. Could they suck any worse?? Not really! And they ripped me off...bean for steak?? Really??

Costa Vida you suck!
