Batteries Plus

I've gone to this store a number of times, and I've always gone away happy. That's why I had no hesitation at all when I needed a battery for my car in December of 2022. I went there and bought a battery and I got the extended warrantee they offered, no problem. I never thought I'd need it, so no big deal, right?

Fast forward to now, January of 2024. I couldn't find the paperwork for my warrantee. I called the store to see if they had any record of my purchase. They did, and they had a record of my warrantee. But they immediately denied that they had any liability for my battery's ability to start the car. In short, the warranty was worthless. They didn't even listen to my story. I wasn't happy. I won't go there again. Sad.

Best place to buy not only batteries but any kind of lightbulbs and so much more. Helpful and knowledgeable staff, always professional and pleasant.

I'd probably give it five stars if I had gone there more than once. I stopped in to get two batteries that I had never purchased before and I was helped very quickly by one of the friendly employees. I was in and out of there in less than 5 minutes. The prices seem pretty reasonable but I didn't exactly comparison shop either.

We brought in an ipad to get a new screen. They did a very poor job. It took them 3 tries to get it right. Very poor customer service. We were promised on the phone a partial refund, that also never happened.

Beware!!! I normally buy stock batteries for our company here so this Batteries Plus seemed like a logical choice when I needed a replacement battery for my cell phone, boy, was I wrong. They have some young inexperienced employees at this location that busted the rear glass plate of my cell phone. The manager ordered and replaced the rear glass, but scratched the main face plate of my phone installing the part that they broke. They have lost my business I will spend my money elsewhere.
